PESHAWAR Afsar Ali Khan, son of Mohammad Idrees, resident of Bahadar Kali, Peshawar, has appealed the Chief Justice of Supreme court Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court Ijaz Afzal to take stern action against Additional Session Judge Madad Khan and judicial magistrate Mohammad Hasnain, who released the dacoit of his house by granting him bail. Addressing a press conference here at Peshawar Press Club on Friday, he said that the alleged dacoit Ziaul Haq, son of Gul Akbar entered his house in the absence of his family members on April 21, 2010 when they were attending a marriage ceremony of their relatives. He said that there were two eyewitnesses of the incident, including one of the cousins of the alleged dacoit. He informed that on April 21 at 2:00pm, he entered his house with the help of children who unlocked the door of the house for the alleged dacoit, Ziaul Haq and looted Rs 0.8 million along with 84 gram gold and 60 gram silver. He said that the children who unlocked the door of his house were also witnesses of the case He further informed that following the directives of the Additional Session Judge Madad Khan, who is now deputed in swat, the slain SHO Riaz-ul-Islam registered a bogus FIR and altered his statement. He said that upon the approach of Additional Session Judge, Swat, Madad Khan, police kept Ziaul Haq in the guestroom of Badhber police station. He said he is a poor professional man and is working in an automobile workshop while the relatives of Ziaul Haq are influential people of the area. He appealed the Chief Justice of Supreme Court Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry and the Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court to remove blacksheep from their ranks and take stern action against the responsible persons who deprived him of justice.
