At least 30 persons were injured in head-on collision between two passenger buses here on Indus Highway on Sunday. According to police a Peshawar bound passenger bus coming from Karachi collided head-on with another passenger bus that was on its way to Karachi from Swat on Indus Highway in Kala area of Dera Ghazi Khan. As a result of collision 30 people including women and children were injured. The police and Rescue 1122 rushed to the scene of the accident and shifted the injured to District Headquarters Hospital D. G. Khan where according to hospital sources condition of six among the injured was serious. Eye witness and injured passengers said that over speeding and reckless driving led to the accident. The police took both vehicles into its custody and registered a case against the drivers.
