Graffiti and filth

Pakistan has not seen much progress in any positive thing but negative things thrive like our land was created for the unholy. We have seen graffiti distort and disfigure most of the walls of our cities. There are banners stuck up on every wall as well as writing. It tells the passersby about the religious leaders, religious occasions, about ‘pirs’ as well the public feeling about different political parties. Ironically, nothing is spared from such writing, be it a public property or private one.
Given our high illiteracy level, many among the common people are deceived by them and land into paying heavy price for believing such trash. In fact, one needs to be smart not to be hoodwinked by advertisers of this sort. Due to lack of action, the demerit of graffiti has not been noted by the authorities and no action has been taken on this issue.
