SIALKOT-The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has arrested 35 Pakistanis deported from Turkey besides 14 human traffickers here on Monday.

Mufakhar Adeel, the FIA divisional deputy director, said that the Turkish authorities had deported them for their illegal stay in the Turkey. They had been sent to Turkey illegally by some local human traffickers. He said that the FIA had sent the accused behind the bars after registering separate cases.

Meanwhile, the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested 14 human traffickers and their agents during crackdown in Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahaud Din, Hafizabad and Gujranwala districts.

According to Mufakhar Adeel, the accused were directly or indirectly involved in sending the local innocent people abroad illegally after getting the big amounts from them.

He said that the FIA had also recovered a big number of the passports, fake visa stickers, tickets, fake documents of different embassies and embossing machines from the possession of the accused. He said that the FIA has sent the accused behind the bars after registering separate cases.
