119 persons test Covid-19 positive  in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI - As many as 119 patients tested positive of Coronavirus in various hospitals of the city on Friday, informed sources. That said no patient died or was discharged from the hospital during last 24 hours. According to sources, a total of 119 patients were reported from the district while 83 patients from the garrison city including 31 patients from Cantonment and 27 patients arrived from Potohar Town and 25 from Rawal Town areas. From the other parts of the district, 12 patients from Gujar Khan, four from Taxila, two from Murree, seven from Kotli Sattian and two patients each arrived from Islamabad and Chakwal, five from Attock while one each from AJK and Gujrat. The new COVID-19 patients arrived in the city hospitals including 25 patients admitted in Holy Family Hospital, 26 in Benazir Bhutto Hospital, two in District Headquarters Hospital, 127 in Rawalpindi Institute of Urology, 23 patients in Fauji Foundation Hospital and three in Hearts International Hospital. There were 41 patients on ventilators in Rawalpindi, 118 on Oxygen while 47 are stable.
