LAHORE – We have not learnt any lesson from Dhaka debacle and had we learnt lesson from that tragedy there would not have been such painful situation in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa today.

Talking to a private TV channel Editor-in-Chief Daily Nawa-i-Waqt Majid Nizami said Sunday Bangla people used to say that ZA Bhutto had the same share as that of Mujeeb in creation of Bangladesh. He said India thought Bangladesh would become its good friend but it did not happen nor it became a part of India. He said Bangladesh did not consider India as its friend.

“If Bangla students are given visas for Pakistan to study here and scholarships are offered to them, it will help both countries to inch closer towards confederation, “he was of the view.

“Today son of Wali Khan and grandson of Bacha Khan is saying Urdu is not our language. It can give us an idea that which way we are heading,” Nizami said adding, “Workers too have no leadership which can convince them to mend ways and come on the right path. We did not try to appease them as well.”
