KHAIRPUR – Local courts issued non-bailable warrants (NBW) against 30 policemen here on Saturday. According to detail the different courts issued non bailabale warrants against 30 cops who were not appearing before the courts since long time.
First additional district and session judge Khairpur Naveed Hussain Kolachi issued NBW against Sub Inspector Niaz Hussain Baber, Jamshed Ahmed Sial, ASI Gulzar Abro, while, 3rd additional district and session judge issued NBW against SIs, Pervez Ahmed Shaikh, Siakner Ali Chang, Ali Khan Shar, Ashiq Ali Shah, SayedAmir Hyder Shah, Mushtaq Memon, Dhani Bux Memon, Sher Muhammad Memon, Nisar Ahmed Memon, PCs Muhammad Nawaz Markhand, Ali Murad Kalhoro, Muhammad Hashim Kalhoro, Ganj Bux Otho, Qurban Ali Jandan, Zulzar Jandan, Mujahid, Pathan Jandan, Niaz Ali Korai, Sher Kha Korai, Dost Muhammad Korai.
Meanwhile, Assistant Session Judge Khairpur Muhammad Yousuf Gull issued NBW against SI Manzoor Hussain Hingoro, H.C Rahim, Bux Kalhoro, PCs Nadir Ali Shar and Ghulam Mustaffa Shar. The courts directed the Police to arrest them and produce before the courts along with hand cuffs.
In another court, 3rd additional district and session judge Khairpur issued contempt of court notice to SHO B-section for non compliance the court orders and directed him to appear before the court on Feb 19. In family court, Family Judge Khairpur issued orders and declared pro claimed offenders including Talib Hussain Jamali, Ali HYder Jamali, Dur Muhammad Jamali, Habibullah Jamali and fazal Muhammad Jamali who were not appearing before the courts since a long time court also orders for the seize the property of above persons.
Two swindlers nabbed: Police claimed to have arrested two swindlers on Saturday. According to police, the two detainees swindled people by impersonating as China-based firm employees.
According to details, A-Section Police raided at a local hotel on the complaint of people and arrested two persons Maqbool Arain and Safdar Ansari of Faisalabad, impersonated as employee of a fake China based firm ‘Times Group’ and recovered cash from them.
They had deprived many youngsters by taking their CV’s and offering them job. Police have registered a case against them.
Woman killed: A women was killed in clash between two rival groups in Murad Gopang Village, Kotdiji here on Saturday.
According to detail the clash started between two rival groups of Gopang community at village Murad Gopang .Both groups opened indiscriminate firing at each other.
As a result, a woman Mst Rabel Gopang received bullet injury and died on the spot.
The Kotdiji Police arrested an accused Kauro Gopang and registered the case. Further investigations are underway.
