OKARA-Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif Friday claimed that the PML-N believes in public service and has fulfilled all promises with the masses.
“The elimination of electricity loadshedding stands testimony to performance of the incumbent government and its public service agenda,” Shehbaz Sharif pointed out while talking to people and local mediamen here at at Gogera.
The Punjab CM had come to offer condolence to Dr Malik Muhammad Aslam over the death of his mother.
The chief minister declared that the PML-N leadership and workers are united for development of the country and welfare of the masses. “The PML-N considers politics as worship and has always preferred national interest and public welfare to other all other priorities,” he claimed, adding that the PML-N leadership has a transparent and clear character and even the opponent could not prove wrongdoing against them. Shehbaz Sharif asserted that the PML-N leadership never indulged in the politics of vendetta or mud-slinging and has always promoted the politics of principles. He mentioned that his party has a mission to strengthen the country, bring about prosperity of the masses and promote democracy in the country.
“It is, in fact, a great honour for the PML-N government that it has steered the country out of darkness by doing away with electricity loadshedding,” the Punjab CM asserted. Now, he said, the industry would run in the country, people would get chances of earning bread respectably and the country would progress without facing any obstruction.
Shehbaz Sharif continued that the government has worked hard over the past 4 and half years as a result Pakistan is quite near the destination of becoming an economic power in the world. “Due to the sagacious policies and sincere of the PML-N government, national economy has strengthened and now the country does need any foreign loans. He claimed, today people have been witnessing a contest going on between those working for national development and prosperity and those elements spreading chaos. “Now the nation stands quite conscious that the PML-N performance has always been satisfactory and excellent,” he claimed. The chief minister expressed his hope that the masses would again the PML-N vote the power in 2018 general elections on the basis of its outstanding performance. “God willing the PML-N will form the next as well with the support of the masses and the opponent should read writing on the wall,” Shehbaz Sharif declared. The Punjab CM said the public would reject the “darna walas” as they have always misguided the nation and wasted their time and resources through false claims.
