ISLAMABAD - A digital token system has been installed at New Islamabad International Airport for conducting rapid test for category C countries inbound passengers, informed a spokesman of Aviation Division here on Tuesday. He said the digital token system was installed following the directions of government of Pakistan and Federal Minister on Aviation Division Ghulam Sarwar Khan. He said approximately 1,000 passengers were daily arriving from these mentioned countries UK, South Africa, Brazil, Island, Portugal and Netherlands. He said all passengers were being sent to lounge A2, to conduct their rapid antigen test. “Earlier, we had a manual token system for them but now we have introduced a digital system for their convenience,” he added.
