Islamabad -  Unknown thieves on Friday broke into the house of ‘The Nation’ staffer, Rana Tahir here in the federal capital and took away cash, valuables and gold ornaments worth millions of rupees.

According to details, the thieves entered the house at Shams Colony Golra Morr in broad day light after cutting window pane as the family was away from home. They took away gold ornaments, prize bonds, 2 laptops and a camera worth millions of rupees.  The family came to know about the incident when they returned home around 7pm. Police station Sabzi Mandi is investigating the incident.
