LAHORE: Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday condemned the gruesome murder of a 3-year-old girl, named Asma, in Mardan.
In his message on Twitter, Shahbaz Sharif said that the issue of child abuse was not limited to any region or ethnicity but was a nation problem involving "all divides of politics, caste, regions amd ethnicity".
If our Zainabs and Asmas cannot stop us from playing sordid political games and unite us for safety and bright future of our children, NOTHING ELSE WILL. I appeal to all to rise above their biases and speak with one single voice. Let our children not say that we failed them!
