Terrorists inside Afghanistan bordering Pakistan pose danger for Islamabad: Russian FM

Russia says it will provide every possible support to Pakistan to make it a developed country, reported Radio Pakistan.

This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov while responding to a question after addressing a press conference in Moscow.

He acknowledged Pakistan’s efforts in eradicating terrorism, and said the terrorists spread inside Afghanistan along the area bordering Pakistan pose grave danger for Islamabad. 

Sergei Lavrov said several agreements have been signed between Pakistan and Russia for the provision of helicopters and military equipments.

He said Pakistan’s presence in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation will strengthen relation between the two countries.
