LAHORE - Seasoned sports journalists Mohi Shah and Afzal Javed won the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Tennis Inter-Media doubles title at the Islamabad Tennis Complex. Due to the journalists’ commitments, the media category event was postponed during the BB Tennis held last month and now it was held yesterday in coordination with RISJA. The final turned out to be a real thrilling one. Following 6-6 in the final set, the match was decided on a tie break with the pair of Mohi/Afzal winning it 7-4 against Mohsin Ijaz and Arif Khan. In semifinal round, Mohsin and Arif defeated Sohail Raja and Hafiz Obaid 6-1 while Afzal and Mohi defeated Nasir Naqvi and Faheem Anwar Khan 6-2. At the end, the chief guest distributed shields among the winners and runners-up.
