Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice over non issuance of Computerized National Identity Cards (CNICs) to the transgenders.
According to Radio Pakistan, chief justice will hear the case tomorrow in the Lahore registry. Notices have been issued to Chief Secretary Punjab and other relevant officials.
