Someone has very rightly said that if one wants to know about a nation as to how civilized and mature it is, one should see nothing except traffic of its cities. Consequently, the overall approach of the nation towards the life would become clear. In case of Pakistan, a foreigner, especially from a developed country, needs not to read the mind and behaviour of Pakistani nation by living so many months in the country. He just has to take a taxi from the international airport of Karachi or Lahore and has to make a round of important congested routes of these cities for at least three hours. He will then come to know as to how civilized and mature a nation we are. For God's sake, take serious steps for civilizing our traffic in all our cities for making us a really civilized nation in the comity of nations. ABDUL SAMAD SAMO, Karachi, March 16.
