PESHAWAR- Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) intermediary Professor Mohammad Ibrahim has stated that the Taliban have provided a list of 300 women and children of TTP members, assumed to be in the custody of law enforcement agencies, to Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan.
He also said that most of these women and children belong to the tribal areas and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa. Earlier today, member of the government negotiation committee Rustam Shah Mohmand had said that the list of the women and children was not provided as of yet. On March 16,2014 Professor Ibrahim had said the Taliban have demanded the release of all ‘non-combatants’ affiliated with the group before face-to-face talks could begin.
