FDA Board of Governers approve regulations of Faisalabad Master Plan

Faisalabad   -   Faisalabad Development Authority Board of Governers (BOG) has approved the regulations of proposed Faisalabad Master Plan.


This approval has been given during the meeting of BOG held here at FDA complex Committee room. FDA Chairman Ch Latif Nazar presided over the meeting in which Vice Chairperson FDA Firdous Rai, Director General FDA Dr Faisal Azim, Additional Director General Rizwan Nazir, WASA managing director Jabbar Anwar, Additional Commissioner Coordination Tariq Mehmood, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Qaisar Abas Rind, Technical members Majid Husain, Javed Sharif, Syed Sultan Azim and other members participated. FDA Chairman Ch Latif Nazar welcomed the participants of the meeting and thanked them on their better response. FDA Director General Dr Faisal Azim and Additional Director General Rizwan Nazir briefed the meeting about the different sections and contents of  draft of proposed Faisalabad Master Plan regulations. It was informed that the regulations draft has been formulated to set the terms and conditions, scrutiny committee will define the  different terms of contents and points,,land use, enforcement of master plan, way of amendment and other necessary requirements. The meeting unanimously gave approval of draft of proposed Faisalabad Master Plan regulations after detail discussion.


Other agenda items also came under discussion and the members presented some proposals. FDA Chairman Ch Latif Nazar  concluded the meeting and said Prime Minister Imran Khan was giving special attention on Master planning of the big cities and Faisalabad Master Plan would be proved mile stone for the durable and organised development of the Faisalabad as par advanced requirements.


He said that the proposals and suggestions of the BOG members were very important and significant for the urban development and public welfare projects and measures.
