ISLAMABAD – Rawalpindi Panthers beat Rawalpindi Tigers by five wickets in the Rawalpindi Region U-16 Talent Hunt Tournament match played here at Pindi Stadium on Thursday. Rawalpindi Tigers won the toss and elected to bat first as they were bowled out for 147 in 34 overs. M Sulman scored 43 runs while Raja Hassan added 25. Irfan Khan clinched five wickets for 17 runs while Noor Islam claimed two wickets for 27 runs. In reply, Panthers achieved the target in 39.4 overs for the loss of five wickets. M Hanif was the star of the show as he hit stylish 63 runs studied with seven fours and two towering sixes. Khalid Moin also played well and made 44 runs while Imran Khan made unbeaten 21.
