ISLAMABAD: The Senate Monday passed a resolution recommending the government to prepare a complete dossier about the Indian interference in Pakistan's internal affairs fomenting unrest, instability and terrorism and send the same to key international countries and institutions.

The resolution was moved by Abdul Qayyum.

In another resolution, the House urged the government to take immediate steps for handing over Kuchlak-Zhob Highway (N-50) and Saranan-Chaman Highway (N-25) to National Highways and Motorway Police and create new posts in that police for the purpose. The resolution was moved by Muhammad Usman Khan Kakar.

The opposition staged a walkout from the House over the non-presence of the Prime Minister.

Three bills were also introduced in the House.

These are "The Supreme Court (Number of Judges) (Amendment) Bill, 2016", "The Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2016" and "The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2016".

Salahuddin Tirmizi laid before the House special report of the committee on the visit and meetings of the Senate Standing Committee on Defence at Pakistan Navy installations Karachi, Ormara and Gwadar.

The House will now meet tomorrow afternoon at three p.m
