Security Forces during an intelligence based operation killed head of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi Balochistan chapter Salman Badeni and two suicide bombers who were Afghan nationals at Killi Almas in Balochistan.
According to Radio Pakistan, high value target of Lashkar-e-Jhangvi was involved in killing over 100 innocent people of Hazara Community and personnel of police in Balochistan.
During intense exchange of fire, Colonel Sohail Abid of Military Intelligence embraced martyrdom, while four soldiers were injured.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has expressed deep grief over martyrdom of Colonel Sohail Abid while fighting terrorists in Balochistan.
In a message, he stated that Pakistan's valiant forces will not rest till last trace of terrorist elements are wiped out from our soil.
He said our soldiers have paid the price of freedom with blood and there is no higher sacrifice than it. He said we as a nation are united than ever against the coward enemy.
