Security forces on Thursday foiled a terrorist attack on Frontier Corps’ Madadgar Centre in Quetta and killed five alleged militants in the process, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
The military's media wing said “an explosive and ammunition-laden vehicle” with five would-be suicide bombers, apparently Afghan nationals, tried to enter the FC Madadgar Centre but the security forces foiled their attempt.
"The failed terrorism attempt was a response to the killing of key terrorists in Kili Almas last night,” the statement added.
