A circular regarding Eid holidays was used on Saturday by the Interior Ministry.
As per the statement in the circular, public holidays will be observed in Pakistan from May 22 to May 27 on account of Eidul Fitr.
It was notified that all businesses, public places, community markets, shops, etc will remain closed during the holidays and only essential items’ shops and medical stores will be allowed to remain open.
