LAHORE Paying glowing tribute to the services of Pakistan Movement leader late Mahmud Ali, TheNation Editor-in-Chief and Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust Chairman Majid Nizami has urged the people not to forget the lesson presented by the late leader. Mahmud Ali had started the Tehrik-e-Takmeel-e-Pakistan to make possible the rejoining of Bangladesh with Pakistan. How pathetic it is that the rulers have declared the MFN to India which had conspired for the division of Pakistan into two states, regretted Majid Nizami while presiding over the sitting on the 5th death anniversary of former federal minister late Mahmud Ali at Aiwan-e-Karkunan Tehrik-e-Pakistan on Wednesday. Pakistan Movement Workers Trust Chairman Colonel (rtd) Jamshed Ahmad Tareen, Pir Syed Muhammad Kabir Ali Shah, former minister Sartaj Aziz, NPT Vice-chairman Professor Dr Rafique Ahmad, Major General (rtd) Rahat Latif, Befgum Mehnaz Rafi, Adeeb Javidani, Dr Ajmal Niazi, Professor Muzaffar Mirza, Manzor Hussain, Dr Yaqoob, Abdur Rasheed, Shafi Josh, Rafaqat Riaz, teachers, students and people from different walks of life attended the sitting. Majid Nizami said: Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir, it is the need of the hour to push the rulers to fight for the cause. He regretted that not only rulers but some politicians including Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan were also advocating the trade with India without the solution of the issues between the two countries. We are an atomic power, we must warn India for giving self-determination right to the people of Kashmir, he held. He predicted that if we could not liberate Kashmir from the Indian hands, the country would turn into desert within the next five to ten year. Another picture on Page 15
