PESHAWAR - The proceedings of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly were adjourned due to lack of quorum on Monday afternoon.
The assembly was resuming its proceedings after a long-adjournment of 33 days with Speaker Asad Qaiser in the chair when soon after recitation from Holy Quran, PML-N MPA Sheraz Mehmood diverted the attention of the
speaker towards the lack of quorum as some 17 members out of 124 were present in the house. As a result, the Speaker adjourned the proceedings of the house till tomorrow (Tuesday) 3pm.
