ISLAMABAD - President of Pakistan has summoned the National Assembly session to meet on November 20 to debate a heavy agenda including terrorism. The upcoming session will continue for over two weeks and issues including terrorism, local bodies’ elections, China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and the prospective of additional taxes of worth Rs40 billion would top the agenda.–STAFF REPORTER

The opposition parties are also set to give tough time to the government over the absence of ministers especially in the Question-Hour session.

Source said that the government ministers have already been conveyed to ensure their presence at least during the Question-Hour session to avoid criticism as the government benches had failed to mark enough presence in the last 25th session.
