Brain fog is commonly known as brain fatigue which can be a source of mild to severe mental confusion. When this happens it is common to experience a lack of focus, poor memory and reduced mental activity. Some common causes of brain fog are lack of deep sleep, mental stress (professional or personal), diabetes, nutritional deficiencies in an improper diet.
