Several public sector organisations both at the federal and provincial level have virtually become dysfunctional because they have rehired other staff members out of reverence for quality organisational performance. It is hard to find any organisation in the public sector nowadays with mature role models at the helm of affairs. These selfish people placed in the prime positions do nothing for the welfare of their employees and organisation out of vain conceit. They always look out for themselves. Unfortunately, there is no one to direct them to shun their all bitterness, wrath and anger once they are in the office. A few of them always lie, mislead, and deceive in order to gain their own personal wishes. They foster a culture of falsehoods in the organisation. There is a conflict in all public sector organizations because people in power and position only think about themselves and never spend an iota of energy for the overall service delivery of their organisations.
