Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday has visited the Headquarters Pakistan Rangers Sindh.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement, DG Rangers Sindh gave the detailed briefing about security situation of the province including law and order situation of Karachi.
COAS appreciated efforts of PR Sindh and all other law enforcing agencies for improved security environment, it added.
COAS said that Karachi the is the engine of the national economy and we shall further improve its security environment so that positive business trajectory is maintained, the statement further read.
Commander Karachi Corps Lieutenant General Humayun Aziz also accompanied COAS on this occasion.
