Barclays goes live with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

KARACHI (PR) - Barclays Bank PLC has signed an agreement with Microsoft whereby Microsoft will provide Barclays Bank with 'Dynamics CRM' a fully integrated, adaptable business management solution. Barclays Bank chose one of the fastest growing products by Microsoft that are widely penetrating the banking industry in Pakistan. To formalize the agreement, a signing ceremony was held at the Barclays Bank PLC Headoffice at Dawood Center, Karachi. This agreement with Microsoft will enable Barclays Bank to provide superior services to a wider customer base.   Barclays Bank Pakistan chose Microsoft's CRM solution as it is an affordable technology solution that helps automate and streamline the three basic steps of customer management: Identifying, attracting, and retaining the customer. It provides a 360 degree view of the customer with access to members across an organization with up-to-date information of the customer. Speaking at the occasion, Mohsin Nathani, Managing Director and Country Head, Barclays Pakistan said, "We, at Barclays, are committed to creating value both for internal as well as external stakeholders.
