Our Staff reporter BAHAWALPUR - Efforts are underway to control the dengue virus in the city as a number of organisations have been constantly arranging the campaigns to develop awareness among public about the epidemic. Under the directive of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif, a special ward has been reserved for the dengue patients here at the Bahawal Victoria Hospital. Currently 16 male and one female patients are under treatment in the ward while about 240 patients were admitted for treatment so far from which 225 patients were discharged after recovery and only one patient Adnan was died who was shifted here from Lahore.
