PESHAWAR - The Bank of Khyber (BoK)’s assets reached Rs 77 billion in September 2012, this operational growth shows the confidence of clients and public over bank. “We are committed to provide prompt and quality services across the country through its enhanced network in order to cater to the financial needs of the business community and general public as a part of its mission to serve the nation, Bilal Mustafa, Managing Director BoK said while formally inaugurating the BoK Bahawalpur branch at Library Chowk on Tuesday. The formal inauguration ceremony was attended by members of the business community apart from BoK Group Head Credit Imran Samad, Group Head HRD Muhammad Tariq Nasim, Head Business Development Lal Nawaz Khattak, Head Marketing Syed Ali Nawaz Gilani while Chief Manager of the Branch Tahir Mahmood coordinate the inauguration ceremony. Bilal Mustafa mentioned that country’s economy will only be flourished when trade and business activities will further develop and our society can prosper, so we at BoK try our best to encourage business and trade activities. The BoK is striving hard to enhance outreach to the less developed and far flung areas of the country so that the same could be brought par with the economically developed areas. The Managing Director informed the guests that BoK is offering both Conventional & Islamic modes of financing across the country and focusing more on quality of its services and timely delivery of financial products and solutions and playing due role in the development of the country by boosting economic and trade activities in respective areas.
