Canada (RTE)The singer, who has just released The Spirit Indestructable, her first English language album in six years and the follow up to the ten-million selling Loose, explained that while she had a difficult upbringing, she always knew that she would be a huge star in the music industry. She said: “I always saw it. I first performed when I was 4. I really had a vision of performing in front of hundreds of people when I was that young.” “I always knew it would happen. I saw myself sitting at the Grammys . . . I saw myself opening for U2 or whatever. It was a sure thing for me. I was lucky that way.”
