BAHAWALPUR - Former Federal Minister for Religious Affairs and MNA Syed Hamid Saeed Kazmi said that the blasphemous movie was part of the conspiracy hatched to portray the Muslims as intolerant and terrorists and Islam as promoting terrorism. He appealed to the nation to control their emotions and did not let the enemies succeed in their planning through violent protests and ransacking and arson of public property. He also urged the Muslims to get united to teach the infidels a lesson for desecration of Islam and Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH).He was addressing rally taken out here to give vent to the anger against the blasphemous movie made by a Jew and Pastor Terry Jones. Speaking on the occasion, PML-N MNA Sheereen Arshed Khan said that the US Ambassador had lost the right now to live in this country. The government should issue order to oust the American ambassador from Pakistan immediately," he stressed, adding that failure of the government to do so would confirm that the PPP government was the slave of US.She said that Pakistan came into being in the name of Islam and there was no place for any such person who aided and abetted any act of desecration of Islam or Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Jamaat-e-Islami Punjab Ameer Dr Syed Waseem Akhtar said that Terry Jones had become a threat for the global peace.  He said that in the name of freedom of speech, they were desecrating Islam and Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) and provoking Muslim Community which would not be tolerated. CDCP Director Farooq Ahmed Khan vehemently condemned the blasphemous movie and demanded that stern action should be taken against the controversial film producer. A large number of people from all walks of life participated in the rally. The protesters chanted 'Death to America', 'Death to Israel' and 'Expel the US Envoy from Pakistan'.
