Karachi: 7 militants were killed during operation conducted by Sindh Rangers and police, in different areas.

According to spokesman for the Sindh Rangers, 3 suspects were killed during targeted operation in New Karachi and Qasba colony areas. The militants were allegedly involved in the killing of Rangers official, sectarian violence and bomb attacks.

Police carried out search operation in Mochco and Docks areas on the information about presence of terrorists therein. The alleged militants opened fire on police and in retaliatory firing by police 3 suspects including Rashid, Wahid Dad and Nadir Jhingo involved in Lyari gang-war were killed.
One suspect, Abbas was killed in a police operation in Machar Colony area of the city. Police said, Abbas was involved in the targeted killing of police officials.
