HARAPPA: Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Leader Hamza Shehbaz today advised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan to show sportsmanship and wait for the next election.

“The public has rejected his Ehtesab Rally,” Hamza Shahbaz said. “Imran Khan’s dream of becoming prime minister has been shattered.”

Talking to media persons he said that all of the requests that Imran Khan sent to the Supreme Court were rejected. “Meanwhile our success in by-elections proved he was wrong.”

He appreciated the operation in Karachi, adding that peace had returned in the city. He promised that by 2018, load shedding will also go away.

Speaking about Imran Khan’s Raiwand march he accused him of getting personal. “I am glad that many opposition parties did not support his march,” he said.

He added that one has to suffer exile to become prime minister. “You cannot become prime minister by holding rallies,” he said hitting at Imran Khan.

He advised Imran Khan to exercise restraint, “Otherwise people will not consider him seriously.”
