Kashmiris to hold protest, demos against Modi's visit in London today

Kashmiris will hold an anti-India demonstration in London on Wednesday to uncover the ugly face of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his arrival to participate in the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting, reported Radio Pakistan.   

Addressing a news conference in London, AJK Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider said India is committing heinous crimes in the occupied valley and using all tactics to suppress the indigenous Liberation movement of Kashmiri people.

Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front has urged the Commonwealth countries to constructively engage with India, Pakistan and Kashmiris for a durable and amicable resolution of the Kashmir dispute.

Indian forces have continued their brutality in Indian held-Kashmir. The toll of the recently martyred Kashmiris has jumped to 25 within last two weeks.

The search operations by Indian Forces in IHK's districts - Islamabad and Shopian are considered as worst in recent times when there was seen the largest one day toll of 12 Kashmiri youth were martyred.

The joint leadership comprising of Syed Ali Gillani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Muhammad Yasin Malik has given the call for the shutdown. The whole leadership has been put under house arrest by the Indian authorities.

People in IHK are restricted and forced to stop their demonstrations against the use of force and killings by the authorities.
