3 persons die of COVID-19 in Rawalpindi

Rawalpindi-Three people died of coronavirus in different hospitals while 117 others tested positive of deadly virus.
Similarly, 123 patients were discharged from the hospital after recovery during last 24 hours, informed sources on Saturday.
According to sources, Tahir Butt, 74, a resident of Kallar Syedan, was brought to Rawalpindi Institute of Urology on April 5 and he died on Saturday morning. 
Safdar Sultana, 69, a resident of Lala Rukh Colony Wah Cantonment, brought to Rawalpindi Institute of Urology on April 7 and she died on Saturday. 
Zulfikar Ali, 45, a resident of Mohra Baroga, arrived at Holy Family Hospital on April 16 and he died on Saturday. 
Total 117 patients were reported from the district while 74 patients from the garrison city including 22 patients from Cantonment and 23 patients arrived from Potohar Town and 29 from Rawal Town areas.   
From other parts of the district, 21 patients from Gujar Khan, seven from Taxila, one each from Murree, Kallar Syedan and Kotli Sattian were reported and six patients arrived from Islamabad, three from AJK, one each from Chakwal, Attock and AJK.  
In Rawalpindi district, there are 2924 active patients. As many as 683 patients are in the hospitals including 58 patients arrived from other districts and 2241 patients are home isolated. As many as 640 patients are awaiting their results for Covid-19 serology.  
The new Covid-19 patients arrived in the city hospitals including 35 patients admitted in Holy Family Hospital, 30 in Benazir Bhutto Hospital (BBH), two in district Headquarters Hospital, 118 in Rawalpindi institute of Urology (RIU), 20 patients in Fauji Foundation Hospital (FFH) and three in Hearts International Hospital.  
There were 27 patients on ventilators in Rawalpindi, 128 are on Oxygen and 53 are stable.
