A CANADIAN mayor is in trouble after he dumped a 20-tonne boulder on his ex-wifes drive as a birthday present. Dany Larivire is being investigated by police after leaving the enormous rock, gift-wrapped outside Isabelle Prevosts home. The mayor of Thodore-dActon, near Montreal, claimed he took the extraordinary action to stop her harassing him. Ms Prevost has in turn said Larivire has been pestering her since their split three years ago, reports The Sun. The boulder is topped off with a pink bow on top and has the message Happy birthday, Isa spray-painted onto it. Mr Larivire, who owns an excavation company, delivered the gift overnight using heavy-duty machinery. Mr Larivire said: She never had a rock big enough for her tastes, now she has one. Thats the biggest rock shell ever get in her life. Ms Prevost was said to be too upset to speak about what happened, but her mother branded the prank disgusting. Mr Larivire has since removed the boulder but police are still considering whether to bring charges against him. MO
