The gas load shedding in Punjab has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday, sources said. The petition which was filed in the court stated that Punjab was being victimized in gas load shedding because the issue was not in other provinces as the former faces. It said that the industries in Punjab were being devastated; it stated and added that consumers were also facing difficulties due to the menace. The petitioner has pleaded the court to take notice of victimization with Punjab besides issuing orders to bring gas outages to an end or bring it as per with others provinces.
