ISLAMABAD - The Supreme Court of Pakistan would be on winter vacation from today (Monday) till December 30th, while two benches were constituted to hear matters of urgent nature during the holidays.

A bench comprising Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar, Justice Umar Atta Bandial and Justice Ejazul Ahsan will function in Lahore registry of the apex court, while another bench comprising Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Sardar Tariq and Justice Mian Khel will sit at the principal seat.

The court would resume regular hearing of the cases from the first day of next year on January 1st.
