LAHORE - Bank of Khyber (BoK) Peshawar set the final clash with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Karachi in the eighth SBP Super Series Governor Cup Cricket Tournament which will be held on Monday (February 20) at Bagh-e-Jinnah ground.

In the first semi-final at Cricket Centre, BoK outclassed defending champions PPCBL by eight wickets. PPCBL made 130 runs in 20 overs which BoK chased easily in 12.4 overs. Samiullah played unbeaten innings of 75 runs off 33 balls with six fours and six sixes. In the second semi-final, SBP Karachi crushed UBL Karachi by 10 wickets. Batting first, UBL Karachi could make 141 runs for loss of six wickets in 20 overs. In reply, SBP Karachi achieved the target in 16.2 overs without any loss.
