SAHIWAL - Eminent religious scholar and principal of the Bahawalnagar Minhajul Quran Maulana Zameerul Hassan Naqvi and Al-Badar Foundation chairman and central leader of the Jamaat Ahle Hadith Ziaullah Shah Bukhari on Friday called for unity among the Muslims across the globe to foil the indiscriminate aims of anti-Islamic elements and Jews against the Ummah.

“The Muslims should fight imperialist forces by forging unity within their ranks,” they said while addressing the annual Seeratul Nabi (PBUH) conference held under the auspices of the Imamia Organisation Sahiwal chapter. The clerics stressed the need for following in the footsteps and teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) to be successful in the country and to lead the whole globe. They sounded the alarm that anti-Islamic elements and Jews were pursuing their ulterior motives to drive a wedge among the Muslims.

They said that the Holy Prophet (PBUH)’s 40 years of Makkan life is based on the preaching of Islam, while his (PBUH) opponents and friends never ever dare question his honesty and trustworthiness.

They said that the problems the Muslims were faced with could be eliminated if the golden teachings of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) were implemented in letter and spirit.

The notable clerics further said that Seeratul Nabi (PBUH) is a beacon of light for the Muslims.

Maulana Muhammad Hassan Masoomi, Sheikh Ejaz Ahmad Raza, Dr Mohammad Afzal Qadri and Syed Qamar Ali Trimzi also addressed the conference.
