Bowing down to gun power

Finally Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has decided to ceasefire and now they are trying to assure the government that they will not be attacking ‘our people’ at all. They have put a condition of withdrawing security troops from FATA. At the time when the news was flashed all over, I was memorizing CM Punjab’s statement in his last tenure when he said, that because the Taliban and our Government had the same policy therefore the TTP should not attack us The statement was highly criticized all over but later on we saw that Punjab was not attacked as much as other provinces!
Government is holding talks with TTP and now it seems that finally there will be peace in the country on condition that the Pak Army is called back from the tribal areas. I don’t understand why if we are giving in to one groups demands don’t we give in to all groups demands and finish this terrorism once and for all in Pakistan? Why don’t we publicly announce that it was our fault that we misused the Taliban and finally we have realized that we ultimately have to obey them... even if they have killed thousands of our own people. It doesn’t matter then, that they are a bunch of illiterate people, even less than 1 percent of our population, but they hold guns and bombs. No matter that they have interpreted Islam according to their own wishes and are doing their best to implement their religion on us. No matter if they are responsible for Pakistan’s bad image all over the world. No matter if they are against education. No matter that they do not care about the constitution of this country. No matter that they don’t like the democratic system of Pakistan because there is no such concept of ‘Democracy’ in Islam according to them. No matter if they kill our remaining generations and finally no matter, if we the majority, secular population of this country are non-Muslims as per their mentality.
I think, it must finally be announced that now the people are on their own and there is no security force neither in government nor anyone else in this country who could dare smash the militant groups to safeguard us.
