Former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has said that PML-N government has removed the darkness of load shedding and eliminated terrorism from the country, reported Radio Pakistan.

While addressing a public rally in Sheikhupura on Sunday, Nawaz said we started China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) in the country, which is nearing completion.

He said that sanctity of vote is a must to ensure peace, prosperity and employment generation in the country.

Nawaz said people of Pakistan are with us and we will emerge victorious in next general elections again.

The daughter of ousted prime minister Maryam Nawaz said that the politics of Nawaz Sharif was based on public welfare and development of the country.

She said that people always elected Nawaz Sharif with two-third majority which shows their immense love for him.

Maryam expressed her joy over a mammoth public gathering at the rally mostly youth.
