KANDHKOT: The Sindh Rural Support Organisation (SRSO) has launched a renovation plan to promote public schools of remote areas.  

In this connection, they organised a seminar at a local primary school in Kandhkot. 

According to details, SRSO initiated the renovation plan for public primary schools, especially in remote areas, in collaboration with the district council. A seminar was arranged by District Council Deputy Vice Chairman Naveed Ahmed Khan, Education DDO Abdul Shakoor, Social Services Senior Manager Naimatullah Sheikh and others. 

RSPN Project Manager Humera Sheikh said: “We are working hard to uplift public schools of the remote areas of Sindh.”  

She said that plan includes new classrooms, bathrooms, boundary walls, paints, providing furniture and also installation of water pumps.  

Naveed said every citizen had the right to education in a better atmosphere. He said that government school students were facing several difficulties and inconvenience.–Staff Reporter 

 “It is our responsibility to facilitate and support NGOs working in this proper issue,” he said and assured them of complete assistance for the project.
