SADIQABAD - The Tehsil Municipal Administration of Sadiqabad held a meeting of local Ulema, police authorities, doctors and other government officials to review the arrangements in connection with the celebrations of Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW).

Addressing the meeting, TMA Administrator and Assistant Commissioner pledged to make an all-out arrangement to ensure peace during the religious congregations and processions being and to be taken in this regard across the tehsil. He said, “We should express our pleasure regarding Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW).

The month of Rabiul Awal is replete with blessings and grace of Allah Almighty. With the arrival of the Last and Final Messenger (SAWW) in this world, the darkness of ignorance disappeared and it was the beginning of the rain of light. We should express our love with Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) by holding maximum congregations and celebrate the arrival of the Prophet (SAWW),” said AC Malik Abdul Jabbar.

He also told the meeting that in the holy month of Muharram, the administration and the police made appropriate arrangements, and also during Rabiul Awal, they would leave no stone unturned to ensure peace and facilitate the faithful. The AC urged the Ulema to cooperate with the administration and the police to provide services for the participants of the Miladun Nabi gatherings and rallies.

According to the plan, a procession led by Hafiz Abdul Ghaffar would be taken out in the city and finally its participants would gather at Station Chowk where speakers highlight the importance of the Eid Miladun Nabi (SAWW). Likewise, another procession will be led by Fazal Mehmood Haidari and the participants of this rally would converge at Milad Chowk. .

The meeting was attended among others by Maulana Fazal Mehmood, Abdul Ghaffar, Abdul Razzaq, Munwar Hussain, M Rafiq, Ehsanul Haq, Nazir Ahmad, Nazim Hussain, Ghulam Sabir, Abdul Saboor, TMO Zakir Hussain, Ayyaz Anjum, Abbas Akhtar, Traffic Police In-charge Syed Imtiaz, Medical Superintendent Qamarul Qayyum, Munawar Hussain, SDO Shafiq Ahmad and Umar Shamsi.
