SSP Rao Anwar maintains Naqeebullah was a 'trained militant'

Senior Superintendent of Police Rao Anwar has maintained that Naqeebullah who killed in an encounter in Karachi, was a "trained TTP militant."

The relatives of the killed person from South Waziristan however said that he was a shop owner in Sohrab Goth, Karachi and was fond of the modelling. 

"He was never related to any militant outfit," the relatives said. 

The relatives referred to deceased's Facebook profile where some photos are public that seem like taken for modelling. 

SSP Anwar claimed that Naqeeb, born in 1991 was from South Waziristan and got training in MiranShah in 2007-08. 

"He was also involved in attack on security forces in Karsaz in which several security officials were killed," he said. 

There are no sources however to verify his claims.
