ISLAMABAD - Several senior politicians visited former interior minister Rehman Malik yesterday to condole the death of his sister. President Pakistan People’s Party Azad Kashmir Chaudhry Latif Akbar accompanied by party delegation visited the residence of Senator Rehman Malik and offered condolences over death of his sister. They expressed their sympathies with him and prayed for the departed soul of Senator Malik’s elder sister who had died last week of massive heart attack in their native village Sialkot.
The PPP Azad Kashmir delegation led by Ch. Latif Akbar included Mian Abdul Waheed, Afsar Shahid, Sardar Abid Hussain, Javed Iqbal Badhanvi, Shaheen Kausar Dar and other leaders and workers. Later, Senators Rana Maqbool Ahmed and Sarfaraz Bugti also visited Senator Rehman Malik and condoled with him over sad demise of his elder sister.
Senator Malik thanked all those who visited him for condolences and extended their condolences and sympathy through messages and calls.
