LANDI KOTAL - Unknown persons kidnapped five employees of a private cellphone company on gunpoint here in Dergai area on Saturday, official sources informed. According to details, five workers of a private cellphone company were on their way to repair a tower when unknown armed persons intercepted them in Dergai area of Khyber Agency. The abductees were identified as Noorwali Afridi, Zia, Ilyas, Naeem and Shahid. The local political administration lodged an FIR of the event. APP adds: Seven persons were injured including three policemen when a roadside bomb exploded in Hangu district on Saturday, police said. According to police, a van of Rescue 15 was passing through Bughto Chowk at Hangu Road when near Qazi Pump, the planted explosive blown up with a big bang. As a result of the explosion seven persons including three policemen received injuries. Two of the injured are women whom condition is stated to be critical. The injured policemen were identified as Abul Hafiz, Sadiqullah and Muhammad Raziq. While the other injured are Saira, Qaiser Sitara Mawa and Yasmin, residents of Hungo. The injured was rushed to district headquarters hospital Hangu. Police have registered the case and started investigation.
