CJs help sought to get FIR registered

ISLAMABAD - Son of Khalid Khawaja has demanded Chief Justice of Pakistan to take suo moto action to get the FIR registered against the powerful media persons involved in the murder of his father. Osama Khalid in a press conference here in Islamabad sought support from media to help him in getting the justice. My father was killed one-and half-year ago, however, the FIR against the culprits could not be logged, he added. He said his father was a patriotic person and true Muslim. I am running from pillar to post to get the case registered, however, I remained fail to get the justice, he said. The CJ has provided justice to so many people, but we are still waiting for it. The session court has refused and case is still pending in Islamabad High Court. I approached Chief of Army Staff and DG ISI, but no one helped me, he said. I am disappointed with the justice system and looking for support from the media, he said. While Talking to TheNation, he said that his father was killed through planning of a senior anchor of electronic media. He is so strong and no body is daring to register the case against him. We have audiotape of his talk with Taliban group, which later killed my father, he lamented. Asian Tigers Group of Punjabi Taliban was misguided from Islamabad through a telephone that caused the murder of my father, he further added.
